Return and Exchange Policy
We at WonderX ("WonderX," "we," "us," or "our") care for our customer ("you," "your," or "yourself") satisfaction. Please read the following to learn more about our Return and Exchange (R&E) Policy.
WonderX accepts wrong items exchange while stock and size last, subject to APPROVAL.
Due to high volume now, please check the measurement table before purchasing, as exchange of size will not be entertained.
All refunds are only available via IN-STORE CREDIT REFUND. No refunds will be made for promotions or promo code purchases.
Please DO NOT return any item without an approval from our team.
Any returns made and sent to us without our approval for return and exchange, the parcel will not be sent back.
For Return and Exchange, you would require cover both ways courier fee.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- We accept item(s) in its new condition, with its original tags on and packaging. The item(s) should be free of any stains and scent. It shall not be washed or worn.
- For any returns (in store credit refunds), please contact us via Direct Messages to our Instagram @wonderxco or email us at email@example.com within 24 hours after receiving your item. Our team will respond within 48 hours. Any request on returns (in store credit refunds) after 24 hours will be rejected.
Please DO NOT return any item without an approval from our team or else you would be require to pay for the courier to send back.
- The item(s) must be returned to WonderX Warehouse located in Malaysia. Upon receiving your item, We will then provide you a store credit in 2-3 days to repurchase. Please do note that you would be required to pay for a new shipping fee and possibly custom duties and taxes depending which country you’re from.
- WonderX will not be responsible for your return shipment. We highly encourage you to use a reliable courier with tracking number.
- WonderX produced limited pieces for each designs and colours to ensure. Hence, we cannot reserve any dresses or sizes.
PROMOTIONAL CODE / SALE ITEMS / GIFT CARD
Final sale item(s) will not be accepted for returns or exchange.
Discounted items, Promotional code and Gift card purchases will not be accepted for returns and exchange too. No exceptions for sizing fit and unsatisfied fabric expectation.
To avoid disappointment, please select your item carefully.
We deeply apologise if you have received a defective item.
If you have received a faulty item please contact us via Direct Messages to our Instagram @wonderxco or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with supporting images within 24 hours of receiving your item. Faulty items that’s been washed or worn will not be taken into consideration.
Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, no cancellations or refunds can be made. If you would like to change size, please contact us via Direct Messages to our Instagram @wonderxco within 24 hours. We will not entertain any request after 24 hours.
SHIPPING, CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
WonderX will not reimbursed any returns shipping cost.
Any customs duties or taxes paid on your previous purchase will not be refunded.
Please do note that you would be required to pay for a new shipping fee and possibly custom duties and taxes depending which country you’re at.
